The goods have been delivered to your provided delivery address for up to 14 working days (dis-count weekends & UK national holidays) after the day delivery take's place.
Goods must be in their original condition, unopened & ready for resale by us.
Returning of faulty Goods:
Faulty good's will be replaced on a like for like basis unless possible, in such instance's an alternative will be offered of equal value or partial refund on below value offering.
Returning of faulty goods is at the customers cost, they must be returned in full - replacement will be a like for like basis.
We reserve the right to apply a re-stocking fee of 20% on non faulty goods returned.
Non faulty items returned within the 14 working day time frame will be refunded on a store credit basis.
Non faulty items returned to us from orders which was eligible for FREE delivery services will have the cost of the FREE delivery service deducted from any refund.

The outer packaging is not damaged in any way, in instances where the outer packaging of your order is damaged, please make a note when signing for them. This will enable us to carry out a speedy swap if goods have been damaged in transit.
Check and test all the goods within your order and notify us within 48 hours of any item that has been damaged in transit. We will usually require that these items are returned to us within 7 working days of you receiving them so that we can inspect them and make any necessary claim with our courier.
We advise customers to open, check & test any electrical/electronic items you have ordered & notify us within 5 days of receiving them if they are faulty. (This applies to lamps including High Pressure Sodium (HPS), Metal Halide (MH), Fluorescent lamps (CFLs & tubes).
If you find that any item(s) on your order do not operate as expected, DO NOT attempt to repair or tamper with goods yourself as this will invalidate manufacturer warranty which will render you liable for repair costs. In the event that one or more of the items of your order does not function as expected, simply contact us and we can discuss the matter to attempt to resolve the matter or advise you to return the item(s) under warranty claim.
Upon the unlikely event that there are any in discrepancies' with your order, Advise us within 5 days so that we can correct them for you. We will usually need you to return the items within 10 days of receiving them so that we can send out the correct item(s). Do not open or use any item sent to you in error and take care not to cause any damage to the product or packaging.
