ICE TUBE (MTR)

ICE TUBE formerly know as ICE LINE is a very simple yet highly effective product manufactured from the highest virgin food grade polymers that will help your plants in numerous ways. Owing to the dual layer extrusion process used in manufacturing permits ICE TUBE to boast a highly reflective outer core (reflects UV light and minimise heat absorbtion and the transfer of to your nutrient solution), and a black inner core to prevent light penetration (preventing the formation and growths of algae and bacteria).

Marginally cheaper standard black feed pipe absorbs and transfers UV light to heat which raises the nutrient solution to temperatures which are a breeding ground for pathogens such as Pythium (root rot) also the dissolved oxygen content with your feed solution drops rapidly! by using ICE TUBE / ICE LINE the temperature of your nutrient solution will be lower which will reduce the pathogen risks and maintain a higher level of dissolved oxygen content, resulting in your plants having a higher nutrient uptake. Due to the lower temperatures the feed solution will suffer less or no fall out from any nutrients or additives used.

During the R&D stages we found that ICE TUBE can reduce the temperature of your solution by 15%.
