Grodan Rockwool mini grow cubes made out of spun mineral wool & is an inert medium. Grodan Rockwool mini cubes are good for use on their own as a hydroponic rooting medium or they can be added to other mediums such as clay pebbles to create your own mix. Rockwool provides a fibrous structure which holds a lot of water and air for your plants to root into, buy using a small cube size allows quick drainage with lots of space for air providing oxygen for the roots when using Grodan Rockwool Mini Grow Cubes on their own as a pot-growing medium. Grodan Rockwool Mini Grow Cubes can also be mixed with other substrates to provide greater water retention.
Before use, soak the cubes in pH adjusted water for a few hours and then shake or gently squeeze out excess moisture. Plant your cuttings or plants into the Grodan Rockwool Mini Grow Cubes or grow mixture and run your system.
Supplied in 125ltr units.
