The Bluelab EC care kit for conductivity probes has everything you need to clean & maintain your truncheon, there is no point in taking & setting EC/CF & PPM readings of your nutrient solution if the tools which you use are not calibrated.
Maintaing cleanliness of your tools is an essential chore which should be carried out on a regular basis to maximise crop potential & prevent catastophic mishaps, it is way easier & cheaper to carry out a 2 to 5 minutes of cleaning and maintenance once a month than waste a lot of time & money having to empty, clean & re do a complete reservoir tank! Not to mention the damage your plants may sustain being fed the incorrect levels of feed.
