The RAM Variispeed Fan Speed Controller is a highly reliable, plug-and-play step-less speed regulator designed specifically for controlling hydroponic extractor and intake fans. It allows indoor growers to manually adjust fan output to balance grow room temperatures, manage humidity levels, and significantly reduce aerodynamic airflow noise.

Core Product Features

Step-less Speed Regulation: Dial your fan speed smoothly from 0% up to 100% capacity to achieve precision climate control in your grow space.
Plug-and-Play Design: Plugs directly into any standard domestic wall socket, allowing you to connect your extraction fan immediately without any complex wiring.
Robust 300W Capacity: Safely manages any compatible AC inline fan up to a maximum load capacity of 300 Watts.
Compact Housing: Features a heavy-duty, low-profile plastic housing equipped with a built-in hanging slot for neat wall mounting.
Optimal Noise Control: Restricts high fan RPMs during cooler dark cycles or winter months to quieten extraction noise and lower power usage.

Technical Specifications Matrix

Specification	Technical Value

Important Compatibility Notes

This controller uses standard voltage regulation and is engineered strictly for friction-start AC induction motors (such as standard RAM Inline Exhaust Fans). It should not be used with brushless DC motors, digital EC fans, or fans that already feature built-in thermostatic speed controls, as doing so can cause the motor to buzz, hum, or overheat.
