Athena Blended CaMg is a concentrated liquid calcium and magnesium supplement designed to complement Athena's two-part liquid nutrient formulas. It provides additional calcium, magnesium, iron and nitrogen where crop demand, water quality or growing conditions require extra supplementation.

Designed to maintain overall elemental balance, Athena CaMg is particularly useful when growing in inert media such as coco coir and rockwool or when using reverse osmosis (RO) water. These conditions can increase the need for additional calcium and magnesium supplementation during periods of active growth and development.

Athena's two-part base nutrients already contain calcium and magnesium, so CaMg is intended as a targeted supplement rather than an automatic requirement for every nutrient solution. This allows growers to adjust calcium and magnesium input according to water quality, growing media, crop demand and the appropriate Athena Blended Line feed schedule.

How Athena CaMg Works

Calcium and magnesium requirements can vary according to water source, growing medium, crop type and growth stage. Athena CaMg allows these elements to be supplemented separately from the base fertiliser, providing greater control over the final nutrient solution.

This is especially useful with reverse osmosis water, coco coir and rockwool, where additional calcium and magnesium may be required. Athena CaMg is designed to work alongside the Blended Line base nutrients while maintaining a balanced supply of calcium, magnesium, iron and nitrogen.

Application & Dilution Rates

Athena's current individual product guidance recommends adding 2.5 mL of Athena CaMg per US gallon of water during all growth stages as required. This is equivalent to approximately 0.66 mL per litre.

Athena's Blended Line feed schedules may specify different application rates depending on the stage and feeding programme. Always refer to the appropriate current Athena Feed Schedule and adjust supplementation according to water quality, growing media, EC and crop requirements.

• Shake well before use.
• Use clean measuring equipment and avoid inserting anything directly into the original container.

• Monitor EC regularly and adjust the nutrient solution according to growth stage.
• Mix all fertilisers and additives thoroughly before making the final pH adjustment.

• Store securely closed in the original packaging between 7°C and 29°C.
