Two-Part Base Nutrients for Coco Growing

Plagron Cocos A&B is a concentrated, two-part mineral base nutrient developed for plants grown in buffered coco coir. The matched A and B formulas supply nutrients through both vegetative growth and flowering, so there is no need to switch base nutrients between stages.

Keeping Cocos A and Cocos B separate in concentrated form prevents calcium and phosphorus from reacting with one another. When each part is mixed into water separately, they form a complete nutrient solution for coco cultivation.

How to Use Plagron Cocos A&B

Shake both containers well before use.

  1. Fill the nutrient tank or watering can with clean water.
  2. Add up to 4 ml of Cocos A per litre of water and mix thoroughly.
  3. Add the same quantity of Cocos B and mix again.
  4. Add any compatible supplements separately, following their instructions.
  5. Check and adjust the final EC and pH before feeding.

Use the prepared solution each time the plants are irrigated. The maximum dosage is 4 ml of Cocos A plus 4 ml of Cocos B per litre of water. Adjust the amount to suit the plant, growth stage and water quality.

Important Mixing Information

Do not mix undiluted Cocos A and Cocos B together. Add Part A to the water first and mix thoroughly before adding Part B. Direct contact between the concentrates can cause nutrients to precipitate.

For Plagron’s 100% COCO grow style, adjust the finished nutrient solution to pH 5.5–6.5 after all products have been added.
