House & Garden Aqua Flakes A&B | Recirculating Hydroponic Nutrients

• Two-part base nutrients for recirculating hydroponics

House & Garden Aqua Flakes A&B is a two-part liquid base nutrient for plants grown in recirculating hydroponic systems. Designed for use through both vegetative growth and flowering or fruiting, Parts A and B are added in equal amounts to supply the main and trace nutrients required by the plant.

Where can Aqua Flakes be used?

Aqua Flakes is intended for recirculating setups using growing media such as expanded clay pebbles and rockwool. House & Garden also identifies deep water culture and aeroponic systems as suitable applications.

How to mix Aqua Flakes A&B

  1. Fill the reservoir with water and check the starting EC.
  2. Add the required amount of Part A and mix thoroughly.
  3. Add an equal amount of Part B and mix thoroughly again.
  4. Add any separately selected supplements according to their instructions.
  5. Measure the final EC and pH, adjusting the solution as required for the crop and system.

Never mix undiluted Part A and Part B concentrates together. House & Garden lists a general dosage range of 1–2.5ml per litre on its UK product page; follow the current feed chart and adjust according to starting water, growth stage and measured EC.
