CANNA Terra Vega One-Part Growth Nutrient for Soil

CANNA Terra Vega is a complete one-part mineral base nutrient developed for plants during the vegetative growth stage. It is designed for use with soil, peat-based substrates and other suitable potting mixes in indoor and outdoor container gardening.

The formula provides essential macro- and micronutrients needed to support healthy roots, shoots and foliage before plants enter the flowering or fruiting stage. Terra Vega works with both lightly fertilised and pre-fertilised potting mixes, allowing the feeding strength and frequency to be adjusted to the nutrient content of the substrate.

Because all essential base nutrients are supplied in one liquid concentrate, Terra Vega is straightforward to measure and mix. It can be applied through hand watering or compatible automated irrigation systems.

Suitable Growing Media

CANNA Terra Vega is suitable for plants growing in:

• Soil
• Peat-based potting mixes
• CANNA Terra Professional
• CANNA Terra Professional Plus
• Previously used or lightly fertilised potting mixes
• Other well-aerated, lime-balanced growing substrates

Terra Vega is not intended as the main nutrient for coco coir or dedicated hydroponic systems. CANNA COCO, CANNA AQUA or CANNA HYDRO nutrients should be selected for those growing methods.

How to Use CANNA Terra Vega

1. Shake the bottle thoroughly before use.
2. Fill the watering container or nutrient reservoir with water.
3. Add up to 50 mL of CANNA Terra Vega per 10 litres of water, equivalent to 5 mL per litre.
4. Mix the nutrient solution thoroughly.
5. Check the EC and pH before application and adjust where necessary.
6. Apply throughout vegetative growth according to the current CANNA TERRA feeding schedule.

The appropriate concentration and frequency depend on the plant variety, growth stage, container size, environmental conditions, source-water EC and the amount of nutrition already present in the growing medium.

Recommended pH and EC

• Recommended pH: 5.8–6.2
• Indicative nutrient-solution EC: 0.9–1.6 mS/cm

The EC figure includes the nutrient concentrate and source water. A lower feed strength may be appropriate for young plants, recently transplanted plants or nutrient-rich soil. Always account for the starting EC of the water and monitor plant response.

Feeding Frequency

Plants grown intensively in lightly fertilised or previously used potting mix may require Terra Vega more frequently. When using a rich, pre-fertilised substrate, less frequent feeding may be appropriate.

Avoid overfeeding and do not keep the growing medium continuously saturated. Irrigation should maintain a suitable balance of moisture and air around the root zone.

When to Change to CANNA Terra Flores

CANNA Terra Vega is used during vegetative development. Once the crop enters its flowering or fruiting programme, Terra Vega should be replaced by CANNA Terra Flores according to the current CANNA TERRA feeding schedule.

Using Terra Vega with CANNA Additives

Terra Vega supplies the essential base nutrition required during vegetative growth. Compatible CANNA products may be added at the appropriate stage, including CANNA RHIZOTONIC and CANNAZYM.

These products are optional supplements and do not replace Terra Vega as the main vegetative nutrient.
