CANNA CANNABOOST Accelerator is a concentrated flowering booster developed by CANNA for use during the generative stage of plant development. It is designed to supplement a balanced nutrient programme when flowers and fruits are forming and can be used across soil, coco and hydroponic growing systems.

CANNABOOST is not a base nutrient. It is a flowering-stage additive containing plant-derived substances and oligosaccharides that CANNA uses to influence processes associated with flower development and plant metabolism. It can be combined with CANNA base nutrients and is designed to complement CANNA PK 13/14 within an appropriate feeding programme.

What Does CANNA CANNABOOST Do?

CANNABOOST is designed to stimulate processes associated with the generative stage rather than simply adding more base mineral nutrition. CANNA identifies oligosaccharides as important components of the formulation and describes the product as a metabolism and flowering booster.

Because CANNABOOST is an additive rather than a complete fertiliser, plants should continue to receive the appropriate base nutrient for their growing medium and growth stage.

CANNA CANNABOOST Dosage

For application through the root zone, CANNA recommends 20–40 mL per 10 litres of water, equivalent to 2–4 mL per litre.

The standard CANNA feeding schedules generally use 20 mL per 10 litres, with an increase to a maximum of 40 mL per 10 litres where the higher flowering-booster rate is appropriate.

How to Use CANNA CANNABOOST

1. Shake the bottle thoroughly before use.
2. Prepare the normal nutrient solution using the appropriate base nutrient and feeding programme.
3. Add CANNABOOST at 20 mL per 10 litres for the standard application rate.
4. Where appropriate, the rate can be increased to a maximum of 40 mL per 10 litres.
5. Mix the nutrient solution thoroughly.
6. Check and adjust the final EC and pH as required for the chosen growing system and crop.

Do not exceed the recommended application rate. CANNA's own dosage research indicates that increasing CANNABOOST beyond its recommended range does not provide a corresponding benefit and excessive concentrations can negatively affect plant development.

Using CANNABOOST with CANNA PK 13/14

CANNABOOST and CANNA PK 13/14 are different products and are designed to perform different roles. CANNABOOST is a flowering booster, while PK 13/14 supplies additional phosphorus and potassium during a defined part of the flowering programme.

CANNA recommends using PK 13/14 for the designated period shown on the appropriate feeding schedule while continuing CANNABOOST according to the programme. Always follow the current CANNA feeding schedule for the nutrient range and growing system being used.

Suitable Growing Media & Systems

CANNABOOST is a versatile additive that can be incorporated into feeding programmes using:

• Peat-based growing media
• Soil and potting mixes
• Rockwool
• Clay pebbles
• Run-to-waste hydroponics
• Recirculating hydroponic systems

This makes CANNABOOST suitable for use alongside the appropriate products from CANNA COCO, TERRA, AQUA and HYDRO feeding programmes.

Foliar Application

CANNABOOST can also be applied as a foliar spray. CANNA specifies a foliar concentration of 20 mL per 10 litres of water, equivalent to 2 mL per litre.
