Barbed Straight Pipe Reducer Connectors | 19–25 mm to 10–19 mm

Straight barbed irrigation reducers connect two different nominal hose sizes in one continuous watering line. The stepped joiners are useful when an indoor garden water supply needs to transition from a larger feed pipe to a smaller branch without a bulky manifold.

Choose the required size reduction

• 19 mm to 10 mm: direct reduction for compatible irrigation pipe.
• 19 mm to 13 mm: commonly used between larger water lines and smaller feed branches.
• 25 mm to 19 mm: reduces a wider supply feed into 19 mm tubing.

Fitting a hose reducer

Choose a size that matches the actual hose bore at each end. Push the flexible pipe over the matching barbed connection, secure it according to the pump manufacturer's recommendations and check all connections for leaks at the intended operating pressure. A straight reducer changes pipe diameter; it does not regulate water pressure.
