Protect the "brain" of your irrigation system with the AutoPot AQUAvalve Cover. This purpose-built protective housing is designed to sit over the AQUAvalve inside the module tray or reservoir, providing a physical barrier against root ingress, debris, and light. By maintaining a clean environment around the valve, the cover ensures consistent, flood-and-drain watering cycles and prevents the mechanical failures that lead to flooding or blockages.

The AQUAvalve relies on precise buoyancy and surface tension to operate. If roots from your plants grow into the valve housing or if substrate debris falls into the mechanism, it can jam the float in an open or closed position. The AQUAvalve Cover acts as the first line of defense, shielding the moving parts while allowing water to flow freely into the tray.

For optimal performance, the AQUAvalve Cover should be lifted and cleaned between grows. Simply rinse with clean water to remove any accumulated sediment or salt buildup. When setting up your module, ensure the irrigation pipe is seated correctly in the cover's side-notch to allow the cover to sit perfectly flat on the tray surface.
