Follow these straightforward steps to safely build, connect, and configure your smart automated square grow tent environment.
1. Construct the Frame and Mylar Canvas Shell
  • Assemble the powder-coated steel poles by interlocking the push-pin joints together following the included instruction sheet to form the 90x90 cm base.
  • Unzip the heavy-duty 2000D tent fabric outer shell completely and spread it flat on your floor surface.
  • Position the assembled steel framework inside the base waterproof fabric floor tray, then gently pull the Mylar shell up and over the top corners before zipping it fully closed.
2. Install the Extraction and Odour Core
  • Identify the airflow direction indicator arrow stamped onto the plastic side wall of the inline fan casing.
  • Using the provided heavy-duty fabric straps, suspend your carbon filter horizontally from the top roof support poles of the tent.
  • Mount the inline fan immediately adjacent to the filter flange, ensuring the arrow faces away from the filter to draw stale air out through the charcoal bed. Secure the junction using a stainless steel worm clamp.
3. Hang Your Lighting and Connect the AI Hub
  • Hang the full-spectrum LED grow light evenly in the centre of the ceiling grid using the included adjustable rope clip ratchets to ensure uniform light distribution across your full 90 x 90 cm canopy footprint.
  • Mount the AI Advanced Controller outside the tent at eye level using the integrated magnetic back plate or bracket array.
  • Plug the climate probe into the bottom of the controller, route the cord into the tent through an entry sock, and hang the sensor head directly at canopy level (the topmost height of your plants), making sure it is shielded from direct light rays.
4. Establish Your Smart Automation Targets
  • Connect the data link cables for the lighting driver and the inline EC extraction fan into the corresponding ports on the AI Controller hub.

Care and Maintenance Tips:
  • Wash the Pre-Filter Sleeve: Wash the white fabric sleeve on the outside of your carbon filter every 3 to 4 months to prevent dust from choking airflow and straining your fan.
