How to Set Up Your 2x2 Tall Cultivation Combo:
Follow these straightforward steps to safely build, connect, and configure your automated vertical grow environment.
1. Construct the Steel Frame and Mylar Shell
  • Assemble the heavy-duty, powder-coated steel poles by clicking the push-pin joints together following the instruction manual, building up to the full 180cm height.
  • Unzip the heavy-duty 2000D tent fabric outer shell completely and spread it flat on the floor surface.
  • Place the assembled steel frame skeleton inside the base waterproof fabric tray, then gently pull the Mylar shell up and over the top corners before zipping it fully closed.
2. Install the Extraction and Odour Core
  • Identify the airflow direction indicator arrow stamped onto the side wall of the 4-inch inline fan casing.
  • Using the provided heavy-duty fabric straps, suspend your carbon filter horizontally from the top roof poles of the tent.
  • Mount the inline fan immediately adjacent to the filter flange, ensuring the arrow faces away from the filter to pull stale air out of the tent through the charcoal bed. Secure the connection tightly using the stainless steel worm clamps.
3. Hang Lighting and Connect the AI Hub (For Pro/AI+ Users)
  • Hang your full-spectrum LED grow light directly in the centre of the ceiling grid using the included adjustable rope clip ratchets to ensure edge-to-edge light penetration.
  • Mount your Controller AI+ outside the tent at eye level using the integrated magnetic backing or bracket array.
  • Plug the climate probe into the bottom of the controller, route the cord into the tent through an entry sock, and hang the sensor head directly at canopy level, ensuring it is shielded from direct light rays.
4. Establish Your Target Settings
  • Connect the UIS data links for your lighting driver and the inline EC fan into the available ports on your controller.
  • Plug all main power lines into your standard wall mains outlets.
  • For the Pro version, open the smartphone application, pair via WiFi/Bluetooth, and set your desired VPD (Vapour Pressure Deficit) targets, temperature safety rules, and day/night timers to let the system take full automated control.
Care and Maintenance Tips:
  • Wash the Pre-Filter Sleeve: Wash the white fabric sleeve on the outside of your carbon filter every 3 to 4 months to prevent dust from choking airflow and straining your fan motor.
  • Mylar Reflection Care: Wipe down the internal reflective canvas with a damp microfibre cloth between harvests to keep light distribution at maximum efficiency.
  • Check Electrical Integrity: Ensure all data cords are neatly routed along the frame poles using zip ties, keeping all connection plugs elevated off the floor away from water trays.
