Extended Watering Lance: The long, durable spray wand allows for targeted chemical or nutrient application deep inside dense plant canopies without disturbing your setup.
Adjustable Spray Pattern: The bright red nozzle tip rotates smoothly to adjust the output from an ultra-fine mist for foliar feeding to a concentrated jet stream for localised watering.
Safety Pressure Release Valve: Features a prominent red decompression valve on the shoulder that vents excess compressed air automatically if safe limits are exceeded.
Continuous Flow Lock: The ergonomic green handle trigger includes a lock-on clip mechanism, completely eliminating hand fatigue during large spraying tasks.
Portable Shoulder Strap: Equipped with a durable woven shoulder strap for comfortable weight distribution across the greenhouse or garden allotment.
Step-by-Step Operating Guide
Follow these instructions to safely operate, maintain, and prolong the life of your 5-litre compression sprayer.
Step 1: Depressurising & Filling
Before opening, ensure the tank has no internal pressure by lifting the red safety release valve ring on the shoulder until the air stops hissing.
Unscrew the main green pump assembly counter-clockwise and remove it from the bottle neck.
Pour in your liquid or pre-mixed solution through the wide opening, checking your level against the 5L marker on the side.
Note: Always leave a clear gap of empty air space below the neck; this headspace is essential for compressing the air.
Step 2: Sealing & Pressurising
Drop the green pump handle assembly back into the tank opening.
Twist it clockwise firmly until it seats tightly against the internal rubber washer to form an airtight seal.
Push down on the grey carrying handle and turn it counter-clockwise to unlock the pump rod from its closed position.
Pump the handle up and down using smooth, full strokes until you feel significant physical resistance. Push the handle down and lock it back into place clockwise.
Step 3: Spraying Application
Hold the green wand grip and point the red nozzle tip directly toward your target plants.
Squeeze the trigger lever down to begin the flow of liquid.
Twist the red plastic nozzle tip left or right to dial in your required spray width—whether a sweeping mist for leaves or a targeted jet for root systems.
For constant hands-free spraying, slide the green thumb latch forward to lock the trigger into place.
Step 4: Storage & Maintenance
When finished, manually lift the red safety release valve ring to exhaust all leftover compressed air.
Important: Never store the sprayer while it is fully pressurised, as this stretches the internal rubber seals.
Pour out any unused chemical mixtures safely in accordance with local guidelines.
Rinse the bottle with clean water, fill it with 1 litre of fresh water, re-pressurise the unit, and spray for 30 seconds to completely flush out any chemical residues hiding inside the hose and nozzle.
